Someday when we have several million dollars to throw around, we'll build a castle.  It should have the following considerations:

 * Great Hall
 * Great Kitchen
 * Ball Room
 * Courtyard
 * Ramparts
 * Apartments for each family of residents, with the following features:
  * Living room
  * Kitchen
  * Bathroom (1 or more)
  * Bedroom (1 or more)
 * Tower workshop
 * Server room
 * Secret tunnels
 * Portcullis
 * Moat
 * Drawbridge
 * Elevator, and other accessibility features (well hidden)
 * Full electric and utilities etc
 * Central air/heating
 * Fireplaces
 * Library
 * Siege Engines (Trebuchet, Catapult, Ballista, etc.)
 * Tunnels leading to natural caves
 * Tunnel leading to a hobbit hole, outside the castle walls
 * Boat ramp in the basement, letting out onto the moat
