• Apartments for each family of residents, with the following features:

  • Kitchen
  • Bathroom (1 or more)
  • Bedroom (1 or more)
• Tower workshop
• Server room
• Secret tunnels
• Portcullis
• Moat
• Drawbridge
• Elevator, and other accessibility features (well hidden)
• Full electric and utilities etc
• Central air/heating
• Fireplaces
• Library
• Siege Engines (Trebuchet, Catapult, Ballista, etc.)
• Tunnels leading to natural caves
• Tunnel leading to a hobbit hole, outside the castle walls
• Boat ramp in the basement, letting out onto the moat
