Russell is the head Administrator of the ["RussellMUCK"] server.BRBRIn practice, ["Calin"] and ["Akili"] both handle administrative tasks as [wiki:Wizard Wizards], but in the [wiki:MUD MUCK] administrative hierarchy, there is a unique player, known as #1 (or One), that has ultimate control over the server environment.  Only that character can promote or demote [wiki:Wizard Wizards].BRBRSince the server is named ["RussellMUCK"], it follows that Russell should be #1.  Russell himself seems to be satisfied with this, and no one else has stepped forward with complaints.BRBRRussell is controlled by ["Akili"], although there is occasionally dispute about whom controls whom.
